Very well could be. Icke says that Israel was given the contract for security. I believe he talks about Israel switching out the cameras for explosives, or planting explosives along with the security cameras, to be detonated remotely. Don't believe we will ever know for sure. I'd have to review that section of the book to recall what Japan did to tick em off.
