I'm thinking that evolution would work itself out in a hurry. Imagine the emergency rooms in hospitals and clinics. OMG....as much as I hate over-regulation...gawd, that's a frightening thought.
Hey Human. aren't born addicted to anything. Also most murders where abused as a child.

Not that I don't believe marijuana should be legalized...
Tell those soccer moms in the burbs to stay away from the pills.

Yep. I wonder why communities in the suburbs aren't being destroyed with mass imprisonment and racially motivated drug laws like the nonsensical 100 to 1 Crack/Cocaine sentencing disparity.

Afterall, today we have a legal drug epidemic worse than ANY illegal drug epidemic in the history of our country, including the crack epidemic and heroin crisis.

We have these drug laws to protect children and communities, right?
Or is profiting from drug addiction A-OK so long as a corporation reaps the benefits?

More people are overdosing on legal prescription drugs than ever have on any illegal drug.

Where is the outrage? We waste 70% of the budget for the War on "Drugs" on a plant that has never killed a human being in it's thousands of years of history in a multitude of civilizations.

How can any sane person agree with imprisoning someone (at the expense of the taxpayer yet for a corporate profit) for possesion of a wonderful plant? Propoganda cannot work much longer on a topic where all common sense contradicts it.

106,000 deaths a year from prescription drugs. Less than 18,000 a year from all illegal drugs combined.

Also to note, alcohol is killing 30,000+ Americans each year on our highways alone.

Gotta know the facts.

Tell that story to someone who's ever had to deal with the drug withdrawals of a newborn who grew in a drug addict's womb.

Ahhhhhh but what came first with these murderers, the lack of self-regulation, which resulted in parents/caregivers having to deal more harshly with them? In most cases, you only have the word of the evil person to go on. Of course a sociopath/psychopath is going to portray everyone else as the villains. Everything must be someone else's fault. What about the kids whose parents/caregivers are pushed to the absolute extreme, due to those children who simply can not or WILL not respect or obey authority?

Far, far too many people, throughout time, have been raised with one form of abuse or another and do not "become" murderers. There was always something brewing there....always, even if it was bubblng away, just under the surface....always something there that people "just can't put their finger on".

On the prescription drug front...well, it's a double-edged sword which cuts both ways. Far too many mentally ill people out there are medicated, so that "they can live a normal life"...reproduce and then pass on their mental defects to their children. Sure, you've got drugs which are saving lives, but you've also got drugs out there which are going to wreak havoc on mankind.

Fine humans don't become addicted to something in till they are exposed to it. Women should also know there moods effects the the child mental health while they are in pregnancy.
