FDR was also president during the great depression and WW2.

He was a great president, especially considering the time and the place.

Any so-called "conservative" who still reveres Reagan the big-government Statist needs to read Rothbard's classic 1988 take-down and evisceration of the Reagan Presidency:

Ronald Reagan: An Autopsy by Murray N. Rothbard

No, not at all. What you fail to realize is that Reagan knew how to compromise to get most of what he wanted. I mean for god's sake man, he had to work with Tip O'Neill.

It seems you can't dispute what was brought up in the OP though?
It's so full of lies and distortions that there's no need to dispute any of it. There's a 1,000 threads on here with more than enough data to make the OP look like a fool and a puppet for the idiots at Stanky Progress.

I barely read it and it went immediately out of my mind. I'm not going to waste yet more time reading it again. It's nothing but hot air. I don't need to dispute it. I know without question how I feel and don't need some goofball making up nonsense.

Reagan would be right to even Clinton who was a centralist with the democratic party. remember Reagan left the democratic party for a Reason;its movement to the left in Platform. Clinton remember was the one who said you can not govern from the left and he reached a compromise with Gingrich to lower the deficit not eliminate it. Remember it was Clinton to coined the phrase "peace dividend" when he took office after Reagan. If anyone watched the democratic committee they saw the floor fight over platform between Clinton representatives and Obama representative .Its strange that so many never actually see that within each party is varied opinion and views. they vote as a block because their views are more alike than with other party. Reagan would never be a democrat in todays party especially Obama's left; heck even JFK cut taxes to stimulate the economy in the 60's recession ;so he would not recognize the democratic party today especially in foreign policy. JFKs views on the dangers of socialism where perhaps the strong especially on what he was willing to do to defeat it and kind of scary really.

This is what the Republicans say when faced with the facts.
They can not dispute one of the 7 facts, so they dismiss them as hot air and call the OP an idiot.
And they wonder why they lose every debate

Seven Ronald Reagan Legacies The GOP Won't Be Honoring On The 9th Anniversary Of His Death

Liberals always find it shocking to discover that most Conservatives aren't actually the hardline ideological fruitcakes that they themselves are and assume their opponents to be.

Yes, unlike you guys non-liberals can actually admire and respect people with differing ideologies.
