While I certainly cant excuse this, nor will I attempt to...I find it comical that the typical GOP mudslinging is OH THAT OBAMA IS AT IT AGAIN when this is a carryover from a program that started in 2007....and I can guarantee the majority of you would be quick to defend it occurring when it was on Bushes watch.
