The ones they "get" that we read about are due to the FBI/CIA setting the guys up to begin with.
The ones that actually get away with it are not FBI/CIA plots.

More then Obama and Bush Folks.

This is authorized and monitored by Congress.

This is approved by the Federal Courts.

All branches of government are involved. Don't like it, get Congresmen and Senators in to repeal the Patriot Act.

Nope we haven't learned a damn thing all we do is continue on our blissful way blind to everything all the while worrying about the next "terrorist" attack while our government kills and murders innocent civilians and thus creating more "terrorists"

Maybe not here, but the people on these types of forums represent a very small percentage of the population. Every one of the senators who are up supporting this will get reelected.

I certainly would hope that all available technology is being used and we are not just letting terrorists organize and operate unfettered.

Given their track record over at the IRS, I don't trust them to only go after terrorists.
