mark kessler, birther cop, seems (IMO) to be trying to organize an armed march on washington in support/cahoots with arpaio and the CCP (cold case posse):
what i found interesting was in part 4 around 4:45. don jeffrey of the CCP comes on to say that the CCP has absolutely nothing to do with the event while kessler claims it was at the request of arpaio and zullo.
also kessler claims that at the "closed door" meeting zullo showed evidence that obama "isn't kenyan", "isn't american" and his parents are not his parents.
Oh lookie someone who can't read a thread, to see this claim has already been debunked.
One case, for a one lawyer who WAS employed by Perkins Coie (one of over 1000 lawyers mind you), in which we don't know the details of the case (whether Hayes reports was used, or that he testified, or that the court actually used his report, or it was refuted by the other side).

He did NOT claim that the original PAPER document that is at the White House, and in the Vault in the Hawaii Department of Health is a forgery.

Wasn't talking about Hayes. It was in response to Zullo and his secret meeting where he claimed that Obama isn't American, Isn't kenyan and his parents aren't his parents:
Isn't American - debunked. Born in Hawaii and Hawaii is a US State (since 1959) and that makes him an American from birth.
Isn't Kenyan - debunked. By virtue of his Father, Obama is indeed Kenyan
His parents aren't his parents - debunked. Numerous contemporaneous evidence prove that Obama Sr, and Stanley ann as being Obama's parents. Obama looks like Stanely Armor dunham.
As for Haye's report, how can one "debunk" anything in his report, if no one but the Known LIAR Zullo has seen it?
Then what is the State of Hawaii basing their finding upon?

The STATE of HAWAII is basing their finding upon the state's records. Not on the birth certificate that THEY issued. Which, if it is a forgery, is not the birth certificate they issued. You're right, you can't have it two ways.
The STATE of HAWAII keeps records of all births in the state. Their RECORDS indicate that President Obama was born in Hawaii. They have publicly stated this.
It is up to birthers not to prove that the birth certificate is a forgery, but that the STATE of HAWAII is wrong. And to do that, you have to prove that President Obama was born elsewhere. You have to find an actual, bona fide, record maintained by a government authority, showing President Obama was born somewhere else.
All the hookum about Anne Obama flying to Kenya and missing immigration records is all hookum. Despite the millions of dollars concerned citizens like yourself have donated to Ms Taitz and Mr Zullo and those of that ilk, you haven't been able to unearth the one record that you need. Instead, they keep holding press conferences and publish findings about forgeries and book blurbs. It's a con. They are making millions of dollars, by conning people.

Exactly! A Seattle, Washington Perkins Coie attorney has used the exact same expert witness who has determined Obama's birth certificate to be a forgery.
