There is no such thing as a court certified (document examiner). Your continued use of the term shows over and over again, that you don't know what you are talking about.

She would be correct. Since some of the form is handwritten and some of the form is type written. Also, you don't get to see the Health Statistics portion of a normal Birth record
Obama's parents married in February of 1961. Divorced in 1964. Obama's mother remarried in 1965, and then divorced again in 1980. There was only an extremely brief period of time in which Obama's mother was single up until Obama turned 19 years of age, and it was NOT when Obama was born.
