Why hasn't Congress, who actually IS tasked with verifying Constitutional eligibility, seen an actual certified copy?
To which court was a certified copy (raised seal, state official's signature) of a birth certificate submitted?
I know for a fact that a certified short form was delivered to Administrative Law Judge Michael Malihi in the Georgia ballot challenge by Obama attorney Michael Jablonski. This was among the reasons Jablonski felt so confident not bothering to even attend the hearing.
That was the hearing where three different birther lawyers lost to an empty chair.

Actually, since sealed birth certificates are prima facie evidence, everybody has the authority to confirm their validity. That's why we invented certified copies in the first place.

Nope.
The one that the birthers provided was an certified copy. The one provided by Jablonski directly to Judge Malihi was a sealed and certified short form.

For all practical purposes she was single. She did not live with her husband, and sure, the divorce listed no polygamy but that does not mean that he was not. Did you read the INS documentation showing that Obama Sr was still married?
Look at the evidence and try to understand rather than let your fear and ignorance guide you down a path of calling our President a fraud and a liar.
I do understand your strong emotions and how they may cloud your judgment. I am merely here to help you understand that the PDF is not fraudulent, that President Obama was born on US soil and that US v WKA ruled that natural born citizens are those born on soil, subject to our jurisdiction, the latter excluding a small number of children born to invading military and ambassadors, which are the common law exceptions.
