So... Obama uses a law firm who presented Hayes' expert opinion in court with no problem whatsoever.
1) Perkins-Coie is a huge law firm. With a 1000 lawyers at any given time, most operating dependently of the others, and at least some of which are bound to be idiots or opportunists. We know that the one you are talking about is no longer a lawyer at all... having surrendered his law license years ago.
2) You have no idea at all whether or not there was "no problem whatsoever" with Mr. Hayes's participation in any case associated with Perkins-Coie. In fact, you have no idea whether or not there even was a case. It has already been shown that at least some of the claimed references on his CV never got into court in the first place. You further have no idea whether or not Hayes's side won or lost.
3) You have no idea what his alleged "expert opinion" involved, or if it was (or would have) been afforded any weight by the judge. We do know that he has no experience at all in any field relevant to digital document forensics, and so his "expert opinion" here is no more useful than that of the other "experts" that Orly brought to Georgia that got completely dissed by the judge in his ruling as worthless.
4) Last but not least, 212 previous "experts" were approached by Zullo and apparently were competent enough to tell him that you can't determine the authenticity of a document by looking at a digital image of it. So Mr. Hayes (#213) appears to have been even for Zullo a bottom of the barrel option.
It is always fascinating to watch birthers build vast edifices of argument out of ignorance and fantasy. But don't you think after five years you might have actually come up with at least a smidgen of evidence?
Obama's own personal defense attorneys have used Mr. Hayes' services:
Furthermore, Mr. Hayes' former male life partner (now deceased) was an ACLU attorney. Sound conservative to you?
I don't recall asking if he was liberal or conservative. I asked is he a registered democrat like the OP wrote and if so which state?
But I know of more than a few conservative Republican gays who have liberal lovers. After all, homosexual Republicans are already by definition a conflicted and closeted lot.
Not just that but what the ACLU claims to stand for are values that Republicans support and defend. What they do in practice as interpretation of their claims is another matter.
The CV never says that Hayes provided any testimony at all in any court case at all for the single now unlicensed attorney who used to work for Perkins-Coie.
Hayes says Obama's birth certificate is a forgery.
Too bad Hayes is not qualified to have much of an opinion on that issue.
