You math doesn't check out.

Now having said that, yes the GOP would have to be absolutely idiotic to completely ignore the Hispanic vote. They'd be equally idiotic to completely ignore any demographic.
Bush was very pro-open borders, pro-illegal immigration as was McCain -- that didn't get them any hispanic votes. All you have to do is look at how they voted back home. As horrible as they felt their home country was for them, they never voted for any other party. Democracy and a two or more party system isn't really in their nature.

There is no reason for Republicans to pander for their votes, they won't get them no matter what.

Pretty sure he was going by popular vote--the Republicans have indeed lost in five of the last six of those.

LOL
You would deny my 91 year old WW2 vet father the right to vote because he doesn`t have enough of an income to pay taxes? The Worst Generation raises it`s ugly head.

Many non-Hispanic whites who typically vote Republican did not vote in the last election and the GOP needs to encourage them to do so again. There are non-Hispanic whites and Hispanic whites. She is referring to the former and not the latter.

Idiocy like this is exactly why the Republican Party can't expand their voter base past right-wing nut jobs.

That may be true...but you give no reasons as to thier absence.

What reasons would non-hispanic whites have to stay away from voting?

Did they feel the perdominately non-hispanic white Republican party didnt fit thier needs? If so, who's needs were the Republicans seeking to fulfil?
