White voters aren't even allowed to be mentioned as a constituent group, a big no no.

That's already what they do and it has failed them for 5 out of the last 6 presidential elections. Stupidity is doing the same thing and expecting different results.

I have an idea: a vote should be weighed by the amount of federal tax the person paid.
i.e. vote = c*T (c-- some constant, T-- tax money)
Those who pay no tax don't need to vote.
A Bill Gates equals 10000 "single moms".
LOL

Quick little fact check there. The last six election results are as follows:
1992 -- Bill Clinton wins (D)
1996 -- Bill Clinton wins (D)
2000 -- George W Bush wins (R)
2004 -- George W Bush wins (R)
2008 -- Barack Obama wins (D)
2012 -- Barack Obama wins (D)
You math doesn't check out.
Now having said that, yes the GOP would have to be absolutely idiotic to completely ignore the Hispanic vote. They'd be equally idiotic to completely ignore any demographic.

Functionally speaking, I think we're already there. It doesn't really matter who gets elected, the real decisions are made after the election by those with the big bucks buying access.
There's nothing democrats or republicans do that is particularly meaningful on an ideological level - Obamacare was a huge handout to several industries that'll reap lots of profits (for example).

Hispanics are a one-issue type of voter. Unlimited immigration from hispanic nations is their only real issue, but they also want the big government programs that make unlimited immigration easy for them.
