Not like he lives under the same roof with them all and has to deal with 22 kids each morning to prepare breakfast and get their lunch for school or take them shopping for shoes and whatnot.
We live in a society where single motherhood is totally acceptable and subsidized if needed.
Marriage is not considered important and the family unit has dissolved. Few want to stay in a lifelong commitment these days.

It is not liberals attempting to pin blame on the welfare system and themselves, rather right-wingers who try to blame it on the welfare system and on liberals.
He would have to work 3-4 full time jobs a day, in order to catch up on his back child support payments, yet he spends his money on the Lottery; not counting to STAY current with his child support payments.
Bet that all 22 children and mothers are living on welfare or some sort of government support.
Sure he's responsible for it. He admits it.
He just can't afford to raise them all.
So we have to take up the slack.
