My state rep is socially conservative Dem as was the woman before her. Both are pro life, and pro gun rights and I think pro traditional marriage (I know the current one is). However both are pro union and pro helping the poor and things like that.

I have no idea how the OP defines socially conservative so I'll assume that it means adherence to those little boxes that folks check off to prove their conservative bona fides, so... I offer my right to life U.S. Senator Bob Casey. Jr.

We as in society have been evolving the word marriage since its creations. At one point a black couldn't marry a white, but we changed the definition of marriage to make that legal.

A. Where?
C. It is highly offensive to equate sexual activity to racism.
B. I asked you about the entire world. You ignored my question completely.

On the pro-life question, your best option would be to donate to a pro-life emergency pregnant women's charity rather than to any politician. Roe v. Wade isn't going anywhere soon no matter who gets elected, but you might be able to influence people's choices here and now.

Put it this way: if Chris Christie ever ran against Joe Manchin for president, this liberal Democrat secular atheist would gladly vote for Chris Christie.

Is Manchin that awful? I don't know a lot about him and it sounds like it's better that way!
