Hahaha. Our Supreme Court recognized (or "invented" according to you) our right to privacy implicit in the Constitution long before Roe v. Wade.

Default What if I told you that there's no right to privacy?

Uh, yeah. I was also going to add that there should be no right to privacy.

The Framers got it all wrong.

A right to privacy is most certainly implicit in the Constitution. One could even argue much of it is explicit.

The 1st Amendment guards our privacy of belief. The 3rd Amendment guards the privacy of our home. The 4th Amendment guards our privacy of person and possessions. The 9th Amendment can easily be construed to protect our right to other types of privacies. As can the 14th which says we cannot be denied liberty without the due process of law.

What if?

Roe v Wade would be defunct, for one thing.
