I am suggesting that the real reason for the free Obamaphone is to spy on every single citizen of the U.S.

wouldn't that be a correct statement if 1) everyone had "Obamaphones" and 2) if the obamaphones were provided cellular service by Verizon?

1 would have to be true, not 2 since they are retrieving records from other providers as well, and you would have to call to, or from one of those providers, nto just Verizon.

Very very possible -- even the welfare recipients aren't spared in this spying by the Obama administration.

This would explain why they're being given so much air time, they sure wouldn't need that much if the free phones were really just for emergency calls.

Obama phones were also given to people who registered to vote. I'm sure they got messages praising Obama like a brain washing. As it got closer to voting day the messages probably increase. Everyone's phone probably went off constantly on voters day. Like a bunch of sheep to get out and vote.

No, the only way it could be a correct statement if there were such a thing as an "Obamaphone". [Snopes] Reagan signed the original Lifeline Assistance program way back in 1984. Clinton expanded it in 1996 to cover more people, then Bush expanded it again in 2008 to include cell phones. But because the first free "Bushphones" started hitting the street right about the time Obama took office, people associated the program with the incoming president.

People who believe in the existence of "Obamaphones" have about the same intelligence and critical thinking skills as this woman:

Back on topic, the government really doesn't give a rat's patootie what the people who get free phones have to say. They only care about people who donate time and money to political parties. So no, this is not a program designed to spy on Americans.

Since when did truth matter? It's only the perceived truth that matters and people getting these phones believed these phones were given to them by Obama and it was during this time the free phones skyrocketed and there was abuse. Funny how something that was started with good intention always gets abused by welfare people.

It might have been started by Bush but the Obama campaign used it to encourage people to vote for Obama, hence they are called Obamaphones.

Here, want a free phone?
Ok free is fun
You know, Obama gave you that phone, keep Obama in president ya know, he gave you Obamaphone
Really?
Ya, sign her to register to vote

People who have free phones get "Obama is god" messages
Ring, Obama loves you, Obama is god
Ring... Obama is god
Ring... good morning, Obama is god
Ring, Obama gives free stuff

Ring... tomorrow you must go and vote, keep Obama in president, Obama is god
Ring, ring, today go an vote, keep Obama in president you know keep him in president, you might get more free stuff.

Actually the program is managed by the FCC and Presidents dont sign off on FCC regulations and programs.

The reason its being called an Obamaphone is because federal funding to fund the program is no longer limited to just a tax on the phone bill..

Get out and vote, keep Obama in president you know.
The other truthism you failed to post is that you and others like you have incorporated "Obamaphone" to justify your hated of Obama and welfare recipients.

But what does the truth matter.
