How long did the conservative groups have to wait versus the liberal? How many more conservative groups applied versus liberal? I thought the reason they "had" to look at trigger words was because there were waaaay more conservative groups applying than liberal.

The process IS the punishment.

As usual, Mother Jones only tells their version of the story.

The IRS has already admitted guilt, apologized, sacked the head, and put another on paid admin leave pending further investigation.

Yet lefty posters are still trying to say 'nothing to see here, move along.'

As I posted in another thread, any lefties who are not by now deeply disgusted have unwittingly exposed themselves as disingenuous, and ill-intentioned.

Obviously the left either has short retention or anything that is bad for Obama they want to sweep under the rug. OR BOTH.

The IRS admitted guilt to targeting conservatives and religious groups. Just a reminder to the left.

Very worthwhile link as usual, OP, and while looking at it I also found this good video from James Taranto discussing the IRS scandal.
Video - Opinion Journal: Worse Than Watergate -- James Taranto on the deeper meaning of the Obama scandals - WSJ.com

Taranto notes that a couple of lefty pundits have already called the investigations of the IRS a lynching. He goes on to present his theory on what this scandal really means in terms of US political history going back to around 1964. I think he's spot on.
