Will Jews and Judaism die out within next few decades? (million, religion)

Since there are only 14-16 million Jews (cultural or religious) in the world, and 50% of Jews are marrying inter-faith especially here in the US. Will Jewish culture and religion die out? Many Jews also convert to Christianity, and some do not follow their faith and culture.
