While local law enforcement can rest easier — barring the emergence of some sort of wildcat protest here — now 50 more locales need to make plans. “We have a couple of tricks up our sleeve in terms of what’s going to be happening the day of the event,” Kokesh said on Tuesday. “People can do whatever they want, whatever they feel is appropriate in their home state.”
No more July 4 gun march

I wonder what happened? Some folks were SO looking forward to it.
Perhaps they realized that although the DC police might roll over, the Capitol police wouldn't.

Are we that stable? you do know that China and Russia and other countries would like to change USD as the world reserve currency. That is a possible scenerio for the STHF or a war.

A war between China, Russia, and the US makes no sense because it would be bad for business. So no, it isn't a possible scenario.

Don't discount it. The RWNJ would do anything (or at least try) if they thought it would help them.

Funny how many ignorant, nasty posts in this thread are all by liberals.

Of course you have no way to prove that, but never mind..that's what the romans said...that's what the greeks said...that's what the french said in 1787....that's what the russians said in 1917...it used to be said that the "sun never sets on the british empire"...but it did, didn't it?....etc..etc...throughout history the one constant is that humans will eventually revolt and overthrow their government when it becomes too oppressive/corrupt.

More effective than any protest is voting the old dogs out of the House and especially the Senate.

heh heh...that's funny..as if we can "vote" our way out of this mess.

You may eventually notice that all politicians are pretty much the same...both parties are pretty much the same...oh..they SAY different things but don't listen to what they say..watch what they do.

In the war business has been waging against its former allies, labour and government, do you think business has won? Or do you think democracy still has a chance to resurface?

News for you, conservatives don't have a monopoly on jobs and families. What you imagine about liberals is just false. We're just as responsible as conservatives.

On the topic of taking to the streets, most realize these are phony scandals. The government didn't lie about Benghazi. It released what it thought was the truth at the time that happened not to be correct. Nobody is losing sleep over the IRS looking at political tea bragger groups trying to get exempt status as non-political charities either.
