Why does it matter? We're currently in Bush's 4th term regardless:

Here's my statement: "Ex-Presidents ALWAYS gain in favorablity once they are out of office and can do no further harm.
Of the last 5 former Presidents, Bush is BY FAR the least favorable and still lags Jimmy Carter by 20 points."

So what's a lie? - that "Ex-Presidents ALWAYS gain in favorability once they are out of office and can do no further harm"? - or that "Of the last 5 former Presidents, Bush is BY FAR the least favorable and still lags Jimmy Carter by 20 points."?

Here's the link to the Gallup polls:

Former President George W. Bush's Image Ratings Improve

GW Bush - favorability: 49%
Bill Clinton - favorability: 69%
GHW Bush - favorability: 62%
R Reagan - favorability: 74%
J Carter - favorability: 69%

So, clearly ALL these Presidents' favorability has climbed, AND GW Bush is BY FAR the least favorable and still lags Jimmy Carter by 20 points.
So tell me again WHICH of those statements is "lie" - or are you just making up your own reality AGAIN?

Its sad when Obama makes even Jimmy Carters favorable ratings climb..

Jimmy Carter is tied as the 2nd most favorable among the last 5 Presidents - surpassing BOTH the Bush's. ONLY Reagan surpasses Carter in popularity.

This is the same "polling firm" that predicted Flip-Flop Romney was going to win in a double-digit landslide.
