"Of the states with the lowest non-payment rates, only three–Wyoming, North Dakota, and Alaska–are clearly in Romney’s column. These are also the states with the lowest population. On the other hand, eight of the ten states with the highest non-payment rates are solidly Republican."

????

Who cares. Most of those who do not pay taxes and are on welfare are democrats.

States don't vote- people do.
States don't recieve welfare- people do.
Most welfare recipients are democrats.

http://super-economy.blogspot.com/20...stly-vote.html

It is just liberal diversionary "logic" that repeatedly attempts (and fails) to "prove" that most of those on welfare are republicans.

Unfortunately, the facts show that MOST ON WELFARE ARE DEMOCRATS. Embrace your party's demographic and simply become comfortable with the fact that the democratic party is one of moochers and dependents.

Look at the demographics of those that don't pay and what counties they live in.

If you are honest the counties and demographics tend to be blue.

Texas has 3 of the top 10 poorest counties in America.
All three are solid Dem.

all 3 are boarder counties and so is Hudspeth, which voted for Mitt Romney and is currently the #13 poorest county in the nation. Seems that its a Texas(state) thing, not a Democrat or Republican thing. Horrible state policies.

The overwhelming majority of blacks vote Democrat.
the majority of African Americans live in the poverty stricken South. Doesnt matter if every black person in Alabama votes Democratic ,Republicans will still control every state wide elected office from governor to the school board, to the supreme court, to Auditor.

The argument that most people on welfare vote democrat is negated by the fact that most poor people live in republican controlled areas.

Did you really just link me to a blog that has no polling data. literally, the only thing on that blog is the chart itself and the numbers in the chart, not the actual study.
