That will cure the problem, ASAP.
Only if the same is done for women in bikinis.

Too much cleavage.

All swimming trunks should be banned too because its only 1 layer of clothing covering the a*s.

So swimming trunks, bikinis, low cut t-shirts...

What else? Let's get all this indecent exposure out of the way.

I'm glad this is getting passed. It will primarily affect African Americans, because they are the ones who dress like this the most. They also vote primarily for nanny state Democrats, so it's about time they started paying for their votes with their freedom.

Anytime left wing voters get punished and suffer for their stupid voting decisions, I'm happy. Schadenfreude.
Actually it's not primarily African Americans. On the Wildwood boardwalk, it's mostly white teenagers/young 20's down to work at the shore for the summer or on vacation (the ban is not on the entire town, just the boardwalk).

This has nothing to do with left or right wing, can't say I understand that connection. This is about a shore town that has long had a reputation as a party town (think Seaside Heights aka "Jersey Shore" but 100+ miles south) with lots of bars, drinking on the boardwalk etc....that is now trying to be a "family" town instead and attract families with young kids and presumably more money to spend, not only on the boardwalk but on real estate/summer homes as well.

They feel that families with little kids don't like the roving bands of teens on the boardwalk who to many adults look like hoodlums because of the way they are dressed. They also have a lot of issues with the kids in the summer, noise complaints, fights, accidents, etc and are probably also trying to give the kids a message that things are going to be changing, perhaps even trying to drive them out in favor of young families. This is a business decision, pure and simple.

Not unconstitutional.

Who wants to look at someone's a$$? They want to act like they are in jail, commit a crime and go. Then they can be prey for all the butt pirates in jail.

Because letting your pants hang down signals your willingness to take it up the poop chute. That's what I tell all these morons who can't wear their clothes properly.

It's a stupid way to dress. Most of the kids who wear their pants like that do not realize, they are emulating a prisoner.

The reason for sagging pants were prison clothes a few sizes too large and lack of belts.

I cannot figure out why someone would want to look like an inmate of the penal system.

It's pretty simple - when you're out walking around in public, don't show us your underwear or what's under the underwear.

So make showing any part of your underwear illegal ?
Punishable by what ? Fine and jail time ?
