Gawd knows it couldn't be because it is the biggest case of actual and blatant abuse of civil liberties since the indiscriminate round-up of Muslim Americans in 2001. Which of course raises the question that when the right is busy laying out its list of constitutional abrogations when it come to people of color such abuses seem to always get left off of the list.

That's a bit much. I don't think they should be able to take anything from you without probable cause.

If they find marijuana or any other illegal drugs on you they can ask for blood or urine. If you refuse your charged with a DUI in my current state.


Even if your completely sober just non-compliant.


Marijuana users have it the worst because it takes 30 days for it to leave your system.
