The claim that "only she and no one else was allowed to" touch and photograph the certificate has no basis in the claims of anybody who was there. And perhaps you are a few years behind the time, but most cellphone cameras are actually very high resolution. It is the web posting system that compresses the file to a lower resolution image... just like the Xerox workstation that created the PDF of the President's birth certificate.

Depending on the lighting and camera angle, an embossed state seal can appear as anything on a continuum between a complete detailed seal and no image at all. Your hand waving does get more meaningful as it gets more frantic.

This is, of course, a complete and unadulterated lie.

1. The certificate itself is state certified. They have done so for the President at least three times. Once with the short form originally released in 2008, and then twice more on two different copies of the long form in April of 2011.

2. The Hawaii State Director of Health has released two different official statements declaring the President's birth records to authentically exist and establishing his Hawaiian birth.

3. The Hawaii State Registrar has twice responded to requests from government officials to verify the information on the President's long form.

These constitute seven individual instances of the State certifying the President's Hawaiian birth. Any one of them would be absolute legal proof in a court of law that Obama was so born.
