You do know what Forensic means right? Please provide his FORENSIC DOCUMENT EXAMINER license number ( that would be public knowledge) And all the cases he served to testify as a FORENSIC DOCUMENT EXAMINER, where he was brought in to EXAMINE DOCUMENTS and his testimony was used.

So far, all we have seen from his CV is that he testified mostly to the authenticity of handwriting and signatures.

and of course, we don't even know what Hayes' report says. It could say that the PDF looks forged, but since he can't examine that actual paper document he can't make an expert opinion the actual birth certificate.
