kind of hard to get the key when it is in your head. claim 5th amendment protection and that should quash any warrant.

Good question for all the congressional leaders who want the Patriot Act but don't want to take responsibilty for it.

I really don't understand the outrage, if you're not doing anything illegal then who cares if you're being monitored. I believe a recent poll showed that most Americans did not mind either which shows they're willing to let it happen if it keeps them safe.

If you're not doing anything illegal they won't monitor you.

If we really all are being monitored every drug dealer in the country would be in jail by now....
