Still wrong. See how that works? Only fools rail on someone who pauses or interjects with uhh while speaking. Everyone I know has to pause & think while speaking. It's human nature.
I take it you've never taken (or mastered, that is) a public speaking course, or been a member of Toastmasters.
Are you actually telling me that you believe that Obama doesn't do this more than the average person in the public eye? Are your standards for the public speaking skills of our President really this low?
We're not talking about some guy who works for Meals on Wheels giving a speech at the local Lions' Club meeting.
Not a great speech since he seemed to be trying to talk about everything and yet had nothing really to say. He was completely over shadowed by greater POTUS and their great speeches there.
It was so hot he even took off his dunce cap.

ums and uhs has nothing to do with intelligence, it has to do with proper speech, some of the smartest people on the planet can not get through a speech without them or some form like stuttering.
Visiting the Berlin Wall and learning of what the East German Stasi and the KGB did there must make Obama feel inadequate. I'm sure he could do all those to anyone in the Tea Party of anyone who disagrees with obamacare, illegal immigration, and gun control.
