Yep, the very same pattern happened with Benghazi, the IRS scandal, the AP scandal. Oh and I forgot if all else fails say "what difference does it make"
I would like to know the reasoning for public civil service workers getting bonuses. They are only doing their jobs, nothing more. They aren't "making" the government money, so what do they get bonuses for?
When I worked for the fed, it was an incentive bonus - meet goals set out for you, and you get a bonus.
