Getting tough on global warming: 10-year plan (drugs, revolution, independent)

I've got a radical idea to help stop global warming. This is a 10-year plan because it would be impossible to implement all these overnight. What does everybody think? Does anybody think this would solve the problem?
-Phase out the legality of private automobile ownership. This would go into effect at the end of the 10 years, allowing time to build a high speed rail infrastructure to replace the Interstate Highway System and other forms of public transit to be developed.
-A law passed to limit how far a person can legally live from their place of employment
-At the end of the 10 years, it will be a felony offense to drive a fossil-fuel powered vehicle without a commercial or agricultural drivers license.
-Require dense, urban environments to be built to absorb people who can no longer live in the suburbs. Retrofit our urban areas to be more like those in Europe
-In the meantime, raise taxes on gasoline so that gas prices are no lower than $6/gallon at the 3 year mark, $8/gallon at the 6 year mark, and $12 gallon at the 9 year mark
-Outlaw all coal power plants. Require all electricity to be generated from renewable sources by the end of the 10 years
-Fund a national public transit initiative to connect America's large cities and also the smaller towns by rail. High speed rail will replace the Interstate Highway System and light rail will connect communities out from there
-Close all airports that at the time of the passage of the law have less than 30 million passengers per year
-Give tax credits to people who move to an area serviced by public transit
-Have strict, national zoning laws the put an end to suburbia. Bulldoze over suburban development no longer livable at the end of the 10-year period. Outlaw suburban and rural living unless one has an agriculture license in which they would be required to live in rural areas.

A recent comprehensive review of all the scientific studies done on climate change over the last 20 years found that 66.4% of the 11,944 studies reviewed could NOT conclude that human activities contributed to global warming; only 32.6% decided that there was evidence that human activities had any measurable effect on climate (Quantifying the consensus on anthropogenic global warming in the scientific literature - IOPscience).
Human-caused Global Warming is NOT accepted by a majority of the scientific community, and global temperatures are NOT continuing to rise in tandem with carbon emissions: "Actual global temperatures have flattened out since about 1998...the climate is not very sensitive to carbon dioxide and is much less sensitive than models assume. It should be obvious to everyone by now that Global Warming was a carefully orchestrated scare campaign perpetrated by Al Gore, billionaire George Soros, NASA employee James Hansen, Michael Moore, and moveon.org, done with the cooperation of the United Nations--as Sen. Al Gore (and George Soros) are poised to pocket BILLIONS of dollars if they can get Obama and others to buy into their schemes, such as making businesses buy "carbon credits" from government (Al Gore could become world's first carbon billionaire - Telegraph). Can you really afford to pay significantly MORE--maybe twice as much, or ten times as much--to heat your home, have electricity, and drive to work? Gore has already made many tens of millions (NYT: Al Gore Making A Fortune Spreading Global Warming Hysteria | NewsBusters) thanks to Obama's endless waste of taxpayer dollars on unreliable "green" energy that AT BEST (wind power) is seven times more expensive than the most expensive of today's common energy sources. Since these green energy sources are unreliable and exorbitantly expensive, not even the ability of Washington to confiscate the incomes of the entire nation can make them useful for the power needs of a nation.
In fact, many world climatologists are now anticipating Global Cooling, since earth's climate is far more dependent on the cycles of solar activity, than it is on changes in the atmosphere. From around 1500 to 1850, the period known as the Little Ice Age expanded glaciers and negatively impacted agriculture, and that cooling has been clearly attributed to the natural solar cycle. The increase in global temperatures since the late 19th century reflects the end of the Little Ice Age, pursuant to solar cycles and ocean temperature cycles. Global temperatures actually declined from 1945 until the late 1970s, despite the soaring CO2 emissions during that time from the postwar industrialization spreading across the globe, due primarily to the ocean temperature cycle known as the Pacific Decadal Oscillation (PDO). We analyze the evolution of the scientific consensus on anthropogenic global warming (AGW) in the peer-reviewed scientific literature, examining 11 944 climate abstracts from 1991–2011 matching the topics 'global climate change' or 'global warming'. We find that 66.4% of abstracts expressed no position on AGW, 32.6% endorsed AGW, 0.7% rejected AGW and 0.3% were uncertain about the cause of global warming. I got a better plan .... duct tape the mouths of Al Gore and all of these idiot global warming fanatic-fraudsters, and that reduction in "useless hot air" will be more than sufficient to mitigate the natural warming cycle ...... which. by the way has been in a COOLING CYCLE for the past decade!

Well you love living in the dark and cold since Canada will have alot more immigration to the north and then we can use our old True North Strong and Free slogan and it would be true.
But people that risk traveling by car face life time prison sentences if caught escaping your communist against everything your country stands for and what our country also shares those values of freedom to live drive and burn as much fuel as you want since you pay for it and it is taxable and needed to make everything that makes North America move or your are trapped.
No Freight trains and Semi-trucks hauling freight from the ports means no goods come or go and no economy with no trade and no trade no jobs and no power means your plan is something like the NK economic plan.
Canada and Mexico move in to accept states that decide to leave and join one or the other But Canada would end up with most of the U.S. military and NORAD since we would have to protect North America fro m Threats since your green energy means that planes and ships are unable to move since you need fuel to intercept threats and power for sensors and early warning radar and we are the only country that is at the top of the list to be trusted with it and if you choose to be a full out a communist country with what you posted tjhen we have to make sure it does not fall into your hands or any other countries or groups hands
