How many times must this be repeated? Zimmerman WAIVED his right to a stand your ground hearing. Zimmerman has ASSERTED SELF-DEFENSE as the reason he shot Martin. That is an affirmative defense, NOT stand your ground. Catch up with everybody else on this issue.

Well, you can start listening to the "information" coming out Monday a.m. with opening statements. At least you'll hear the State's theory of the case and the Defense's story of what they say happened.

Why don't you try listening to the trial evidence and compare that to what you think is "creative writing"? Opening statements begin Monday a.m. That is where you will hear the State's theory of the case and what they say they will prove with evidence. Then watch/listen to the witnesses put on the witness stand and see what they have to say. I still can't understand how they will rebut any evidence of the blood from Zimmerman's injuries flowing in the wrong direction.
