Whose cuts?
I am referring to the autopsy report on TM. The report states 1 abrasion on the left ring finger 1/4 x 1/8 inches. There is no mention of any bruising on the knuckles.
I was referring to Zimmerman but a 1/4 x 1/8 inch abrasion is consistent with a scrape to the concrete while the was slamming Zimz head to it. Makes sense!
He didn't necessarily use his fists, could have been elbows or forearms. Usually what is used when ground and pounding MMA style.
Coulda ain't evidence but the absence of evidence damn sure is. Life threatening blows by Mr. Martin's elbows or forearms would have been just as telling as the lack of abrasions or bruising on his knuckles.
The Trayvonistas who are monitoring the trial and all the evidence presented and still cannot accept a not guilty verdict(as seen here on CD) are a relatively small number compared to the numbers of Trayvonistas that are only waiting for the outcome and will never understand a not guilty verdict. The above link to the tweets shows a small sample of what may be to come.
I called it in the beginning the prosecution is opening itself up to a malicious prosecution case. How this case saw the inside of a courtroom is beyond me.
Maybe it's not too late for the state to save face.
If they hadn't tried Zimmerman, blacks would have had a hissy fit and cried racism.
allendale, with it's 3% black population, is nothing like living in a black majority city (or even a town like sanford with 30% black population) and we wouldn't expect you to understand the real life situations that occur outside your safe cocoon.
Zimmy's doctor should have an xray that shows a "closed fracture" then right?
except he never went.
