I was responding to someones' speculation. I was not suggesting that be a defense strategy. Yes, the photos are relevant; however, you cannot enter physical evidence in a trial without having someone to testify as to who took the photos, when they took the photos, etc., etc. That may have already been done. I was not watching at the time those photos may have been entered into evidence as an exhibit.
Too Late.... the 2 ft x 2 ft photos have already been shown, and the witness was asked if what he heard could have been from someone that was sustaining the depicted injuries.
This lady on the stand seems to give a slight smile towards Zimmerman every once in a while, is she someone that he regularly saw for heath care needs? I know she's a PA but I generally see a PA at my Dr's office unless I really want to wait for my Dr. It just seems like she knows him more than from this case.
