When they show that back of the head photo, it certainly does not look as if someone had their head banged against the cement several times as GZ claims. What is his head made of...rubber?
Tell you what. Have someone start banging your head against cement repeatedly and have a switch in your hand that will turn on an alarm to let them know that, if you had a gun, you would be ready to use it on them. Let's see if your head even gets to the point of bleeding before the alarm goes off.

He was 17 when he died, so yes smoking for him would be illegal. Even if it was just tobacco.
The media will convict GZ over the course of the next week. They made sure the case was brought to trial even though there wasnt sufficient evidence for 2nd degree murder. They spent the 1st week of the trial setting the hook by letting the defense get the upper hand creating anticipation for a GZ aquittal. In the 2nd week I suspect they will pollute public opinion and the jury by screaming guilty racist from the mountaintops through a megahorn. This will be the final act in the facist produced and directed case of how the PC media took over the world
This is my takeaway thus far in the trial. At present, there's no indication the prosecution has proven its case. Of course, the prosecution has not rested yet either.
Agreed. There has not been a single witness that can positively confirm it was or was not self defense. The prosecution is struggling in my opinion against a defense that isn't much to brag about either.
The fact of the matter is that it was raining and very dark. The witnesses couldn't see clearly enough, or see enough of what happened to ice the cake on this case.
We can all speculate and I am guilty of this as well as to what really happened.
1 man knows, but there is a thing called perception. GZ's perseption was he just got his butt handed to him and he was in mortal danger. I cannot discount that maybe he was afraid for his life.
I have never been completely owned in a fight. I have lost my share but I was never owned.
