We are..troops are now being deployed to Africa (being played down by the US MSM) and we're supplying arms to Syria. We can remove the troops and still fuel the industrial complex by giving these countries money so they can buy weapons.

I'm not declaring war with anyone.

But the USG has a perpetual War on Terror so we follow these terrorists from country to country.
