Got stats to back this asinine claim?
OK asinine, be in denial. I don't care if you don't get it. This is going to happen now and there is nothing we can do to stop it. The Fed will just end the spousal and survivor benefits rather than lose the whole SS system. Those benefits were added years`after SS began and they can and will be ended because they can't be payed.

so people are going to get married solely for benefits now?

That never happened prior to today.

Time to kill this thread

What Is the Fiscal Impact of Gay Marriage? - Bloomberg
http://www.cbo.gov/sites/default/fil...exmarriage.pdf

Here's the take-home message of the analysis I linked: "federally recognized gay marriage would reduce the budget deficit by about $450 million a year"

That's right - getting rid of DOMA will ADD $450 million per year to the federal coffers.

How did the unqualified non-working spouse/dependents survive during the 10 year scam? f they applied for welfare, the state would go after the employed spouse and garnish wages.
Not to mention that courts' usually split your assets in half in a divorce.

Possible, especially if it's not just a "few".

so you have no stats to back your claim up? another one of your rhetoric claims exposed. Who is surprised?

funny since you are basing your claim on what you made up, how can we "get it" if you are providing falsehoods?

and WHAT PREVENTED people from doing this for the last 70 years?

Oh yeah, nothing.

I need to find a chicken little picture to post in threads like this. Beyond rediculous.

I'll kill it myself, it's apparent that I'm the only one here that can see what's about to happen. I've saved enough for my wife to survive without SS. Good luck to all of you. Congratulations on your SCOTUS victory and may you live gayly ever after.

your continued dodge of the most important question (what prevented scam marriages prior to today?) shows that YOU do not know what's about to happen.
