Awww. how cute.
There was a man that adopted his girlfriend too. I guess heteros do the same exact things that homosexuals do .

Necessity is the mother of all invention. I feel kinda weird talking about mother with regards to a gay male couple.

Making gay couples pay higher taxes than straight couples is immoral.

I bet the percentage that truly want to marry for love and be faithful is pretty small.
Probably about the same percentage will be monogamous as heterosexuals are.

Nobody Saw This Coming: Gay Man Adopts His Partner To Avoid 'Inheritance Tax (ABC News)

What makes you think nobody saw this coming?

People have been using (and sometimes abusing) these kinds of laws for financial advantage, for centuries.

It's no surprise that gay people do it too.

Nobody saw this coming?

Please, this trick has been used for years: adoption of grown, unrelated people for estate planning purposes.

There's even a section devoted to it in any law school estate planning textbook, as it's an issue that's been through the courts before.
