This situation happens. It's always happened. What's different is that now the news cycle is around the clock and charges are actually pressed. And it's happened in all manner of schools.
In some school systems the surest way to get out of the classroom and into Administration used to be boinking a student. Now it's your fraternity.

The OP mentioned the suspect's race, which obviously is irrelevant. But if you go through the thread -and I have gone through at least half of it- the posts that notice the reference to race in the OP, state that race is a non factor, and should not have been mentioned. I'm not sure why the OP mentioned race, but I'm going to guess that the general reaction down through the thread was not the reaction he was hoping for.
I identified her EXACTLY how she is identifed in the police reports that are filed on this incident.
