Well, for anyone to say the fight started at the Tee, they need to have seen the start. Sound can travel funny in an area with a lot of buildings like that. Plus "hearing" isn't the same as seeing.
Yet others are using that as proof of where the fight started or did not. See the issue?
I incorrectly stated she was not the one using the left to right movement. She was indeed the person claiming the fight/altercation started at the left and moved right up the sidewalk. She's also the one that signed the change.org petition.

He calls the police ahead of time, knows they are arriving shortly and just shoots TM? Decides to go for Murder 2 instead of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon? Not hardly. He would only take that risk if his life was in danger.
Or if he had a depraved mindset without regard to human life leading to his dangerous actions, motivated in part by his frustration with the prospect of letting "another one" get away.

The blonde lady, Jane something, lived at the apartment labelled W18 on the figure below, unless this diagram is wrong because it's not official. But she was identified as Witness 18.

I knew she lived in the apartment across from the Tee. I would have to review her testimony again to refresh my memory. I simply got confused with the names - I am not 100% on the names involved. Thus, I caused a bit of confusion upthread I think.
