Zimmerman reminds me of Jodi Arias. Both created a situation that they claimed required self defense. Both have no human affect.

There isn't "evidence" he hit him "only once"...just an opinion.

And when Rao was asked if it was possible he was hit more than once....she said YES.

But don't let your emotions get in the way of things now...

I've been saying this all along. Zimmerman's jacket had dark grey panels all along the sides and outer sleeves, and a panel that went across the upper back. From the side, and especially if you were viewing it from higher up (standing vs on the ground) which is how John Good saw things, Zimmerman's jacket would appear darker than Trayvon's. In the dark, these dark grey panels would appear pretty well black. Nothing like white, obviously!

And I agree, the very fact that Good said "white or red", which are nothing alike, to me shows that he was influenced by later events, knowing Zimmerman's jacket was red.

Not everybody is an estrogen bound pushover..."human affect" is not evidence and all it does is shape "perception"

Of course if the Judge denies a Motion to Dismiss, that ruling can be raised on appeal.

However, at this time, a Motion to Dismiss would not even be entertained by any Judge because the State has not closed their case yet....they have not rested. This is not the appropriate time to make such a Motion, so there would immediately be an objection by the prosecution, and they Judge would sustain that objection if the Defense tried to present an oral Motion to Dismiss right now.

The appropriate time for the Defense to file or make an oral Motion to Dismiss is AFTER the State rests its case.

I have a hard time believing that John could make out color in that pitch black darkness. The other witnesses said George was on top, following the shot....
In darkness, red appears dark, not white.

Psychopaths have no human affect, empathy, or emotion either.

I haven't heard any evidence that Martin even hit Zimmerman one time.

They're desperate...they should rest their case. As should the CD lynch mob.
