agreed then doesn't open up a can of works in regards to TM's school records, suspensions, etc , of course his parents are going to say their son was an angel and a good boy , not someone who could ever do a crime.

Despite what attys say not to let personal opinions influence a jury, they do. Gold teeth and tattoos as a teenager do not make a favorable impression. Media's pictures of TM when he was a younger teenager, or in a football uniform, do.

I'm still torn how this is going to go, Im leaning more towards acquittal from what I've seen so far. The state just hasn't sealed the deal for Murder 2.

George does go home every night. Aren't you one of them that is supporting him?

The real ME testimony is more likely to bring in the toxicology report with tm's thc level.

He also might not have his nose up a part of corey's anatomy like Rao.

It was Mr. Mondalo (I'll admit I can't spell his name and don't care enough to look it up since it should have been obvious to anyone watching).

As far as the weapon expert:

Frightening, isn't it!

It's extremely difficult for me to understand how some people get out of bed to to the bathroom by themselves.

And what is Trayvon's mom going to say? What would Zimmerman's mom say?

"That's my son", because of the obvious implications of it. There's no objectivity there whatsoever...if you were Trayvon's mom and said that wasn't your son screaming "help", that means that the portrait of your son being the aggressor is validated, and you know Zimmerman goes free, if that isn't already a forgone conclusion.

Seriously.

If they call the ME, why do you think they needed the other ME? Certainly the ME who examined TM could have interpreted the photos like the other one did.
Could it be because they might not have gotten the answers that they wanted?
