If GZ gets acquitted as many would expect, his life still is ruined. As much as may not like the guy, I dont think the State ever had a case. The appetite for race wars and division using race by the media and Sharptons of the world was the only reason this went national and forced into trial. Zimmerman is going to have to avoid the public in certain areas for a very long time. Most definitely will have to hide out for a long time. Because if he isnt found guilty, I believe there will be people who would kill him if they find him.
I'm not ready to go that far. I don't think the Zimmerman-haters are mindless animals. I doubt that they will riot, or attack Zimmerman or any of the jury.
I heard it means nothing legally. But they bring up good points along with what we've seen at trial, IF GZ is convicted, he has an excellent chance at an appeal. I would think an appeal is almost a guarantee.

I dont think all of them are. But remembering how a bounty was put on his head, is it that far fetched? If the Sharptons and the media act anything like they did before, and stoke up the anger, it could happen.
Aggravated Manslaughter of a Child is unavailable as a lesser included offense and 10-20-Life does not apply to a traditional Manslaughter charge. Don’t Believe Every Tweet You Read | blawg
ty, though I'm not natalie jackson and never suggested Aggravated Manslaughter of a Child as an option.
Interesting commentary about manslaughter by culpable Negligence. There's still Manslaughter by Intentional Act. Besides, I don't think Nelson will deny including culpable negligence if that's what the state wants.
How does it work for them, the jury? Where do they go, what can they do, who can they talk to, are they monitored?
They are getting the 4th off, as in, no sequestration for the 4th only. Part of the reason the judge wasn't giving Friday off is because she didn't want the jury to go that long without being sequestered.

I didn't hear that. I just read the opposite. Why would they not be as they are on the weekends. As far as I know when it is a sequestered jury they are sequestered until the trial is over.
