This police investigator witness seems like a witness for the defense.

Where O'Mara has a way even with those he is trying to break down, this guy has a way of turning a good witness into an aggravated one. Now O'Mara comes back, and he's nice

Good attorney

Yep.

In redirect, the witness indicated that she would also reholster her firearm in a similar situation. The prosecutor is visibly angry and seems on the verge of losing control. A little "hatred or ill-will" there...much more than we ever saw in the Z video.

Now, are you going to recognize this as a natural course of justice?

Or, are you fitting for a tin foil hat?

If she's an investigator, why don't they ask her what her conclusions were from the interview?

Oh, I don't know. Once he's done with CNN and NBC, he should be quite...comfortable.

And his wife transferred $9,999.00 several times from the donated funds account to her own bank account. (The bank apparently flags transfers of $10,000 or more.)

I think he over-reacted. I don't even think he fought back with his fists, or anything, I think he was reaching for his gun shortly after he was knocked to the ground. He had not even a single mark anywhere on his hands, and Trayvon had no injuries other than the gunshot wound.
Them's the breaks. You want someone there to tell you gz hurt his head tripping in the dark, or when he hit himself in the nose and fell backwards, or tm actually banged gz's head on the ground.

The state is supposed to disprove or offer evidene that tm did Not do some pounding on gz.
