In redirect, the witness indicated that she would also reholster her firearm in a similar situation. The prosecutor is visibly angry and seems on the verge of losing control. A little "hatred or ill-will" there...much more than we ever saw in the Z video.
Well, he did pay off his credit cards from funds that he received online.
And his wife transferred $9,999.00 several times from the donated funds account to her own bank account. (The bank apparently flags transfers of $10,000 or more.)
Nobody has been able to corroborate Zimmerman's story about his head being pounded on the sidewalk. Except for his injuries which seem pretty mild if your head was being pounded so hard that you thought you would die.
I think he over-reacted. I don't even think he fought back with his fists, or anything, I think he was reaching for his gun shortly after he was knocked to the ground. He had not even a single mark anywhere on his hands, and Trayvon had no injuries other than the gunshot wound.
Them's the breaks. You want someone there to tell you gz hurt his head tripping in the dark, or when he hit himself in the nose and fell backwards, or tm actually banged gz's head on the ground.
The state is supposed to disprove or offer evidene that tm did Not do some pounding on gz.
