Is Israel a dictatorship? The obvious answer is NO. Turkey is not a dictatorship either. There are also many monachies which are not dictatorships,

What is asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.

Obama Call for Muslim Brotherhood Role Overtaken in Egypt - Bloomberg
I sincerely doubt they will lock out the MB from the elections, that will lead to more violence. Meeting with the MB and promoting their leadership is two different issues, at any rate why is Morsi's removal a good thing. Seems like everyone was willing to turn a blind eye to Mubaracks regime but now they are becoming politically correct with the removal of Morsi.

No Obama said that, the liar-in-chief.

Acknowledging that, a more likely explanation for the "difference in attitude and approach" is that Mubarak was an autocrat who could not hold onto power no matter what, and therefore was no longer any use to us. We also simply could not tell Mubarak "smash the pro-democracy side, Tienanmen-style, and we're ok with it" and maintain any credibility in human rights whatsoever.

Morsi was at least a legitimate president in the beginning, and it would be unusual for one head of state to demand the military deposition of another elected head of state, no matter how much of a prick he is. Especially when he is the leader of an important strategic partner who has not broken his country's treaty with us.
Mubarik kept the Brotherhood out, that's probably why we instigated that regime change. The people won't put up with Morsi, and they also want the Brotherhood out.
