One: It isn't Obama's law, it was made by congress!
Two: He can act officially from anywhere in the world!
Three: Department of Health has broad powers on their own.

The law clearly states that this provision starts January 1st, 2014. The law gives zero provisions for this being changed at a mere whim. Presidents, not even this Imperial President, technically have the right to unilaterally rewrite laws already on the books.

What this comes down to, is more political games. This law hurts the Democrats chances in 2014, so Obama illegally ordered a delay to mitigate the damage in 2014.

There are many laws Obama has chosen not to enforce (or just ignore)

If Obama can just ignore the enforcement of laws, the states should be able to do so also.
Many have already started ignoring Federal laws.

Only civilized societies need laws, not us or Obama.

Your perversion of reality is scary as you are willing to give a president dictatorial powers under false pretenses.

Obama is not "fixing" Obamacare by delaying this provision for another year. The provision is to remain the same. Companies have had 4 years to get ready for this provision and he is merely giving companies a 5th year to get ready for this provision, because it will have negative effects and hurt his party in the 2014 midterms.

You are cheering on Obama for breaking the law, so your party can gain an advantage in the next election.

Where are you willing to draw the line with Obama being an Imperial President?

If you are fine with Obama illegally and unilaterally rewriting existing law, will you be fine with Obama illegally and unilaterally writing new laws? What about the next president? What if the next president doesn't have a D next to his/her name?

Say no towards inching closer to a dictatorship. Say yes to the rule of law.

Since when has this Imperial President cared about what the law says?
Imperial President? That's a new one, did you think that one up on your own or did you read it somewhere?

Arthur Schlesinger's book where he describes modern presidents as out of control and violating the constitution to gain more executive power.

The term fit Nixon well and it certainly fits Obama to a tee.

The part that would assure a Conservative takeover of the house and senate in 2014, not only on the national level, also on the state and local levels.

It is purely a political move to hold power as much as possible in the exposed corruption the Progressives bring to the table.

Well when 2015 comes then you have the Presidential election.
What then..another "delay" ?

Notice this delay benefits business. Individuals are being limited in their choices and still mandated and still taxed come 1/1/2014.

Will there be another delay for the 2018 "Cadillac Tax" on premium health insurance plans? This will hurt many union employees like teachers.
