Taking up for Daddy since I was 17 once...

Many parents trust their kids to walk to the store, hang out and they go to bed.

At 17 they are pretty much an adult as this case shows.

“100% confidence intermediate range shooting–by definition when you see the stippling”

Yes but what’s the distance dummy?

He doesn’t know??????? OMG.

Range of shooting is my opinion, not the fact.

HE DOESN’T KNOW. HE DOESN’T KNOW WHAT “INTERMEDIATE RANGE” MEANS. OR, HE DOESN’T WANT TO SAY, BECAUSE BAO KNOWS WHAT HE JUST SAID CONFLICTS WITH THE STATE’S OPENING STATEMENT ABOUT THE GUN BEING PRESSED INTO TM’S SKIN.

"Speculation" and opinion from an EXPERT witness, a man with a medical degree with a specialty in FORENSICS PATHOLOGY...... he also said that Martin could NOT move after the gunshot. This man is a court certified expert.

I doubt if the fact that TM was in pain for a short period of time will bother the jury if they find the shooting was justified. At the most it might have a bearing on sentencing, if they find it wasn't justified.

Exactly so! His 15 minutes of fame in an otherwise thankless job. I wonder how much of the O.J. trial went through his mind before he took the stand and the celebrity it generated for the M.E.?
8 minutes before the curtain goes up again, lights in the lobby will be flashing soon...

Btw, "I seen" ????
I was shot twice by a VC once in the chest and one in the lower abdomen. Believe me I didn't feel any pain for at least 10 minutes until the stress of the fight ended.

So if you have never been shot your "opinion" is worthless.

Just able to start watching testimony a few minutes ago. Missed Martin's mother. I suspect it was sad, etc. Anyway, this current witness, the ME? He's a bit, ah, verbose.
