The US did try to guide Morsi, and he rejected the US all the way. Do some research as to what Morsi did while President and tell me one thing that he did that was democratic and good for the people of Egypt. Also research how the MB influenced that "democratic" process to get Morsi elected.

All you see is a person who was elected under a democratic election and refuse to understand how undemocratic he was. He must have been doing something wrong to cause 33 million people to up rise. Morsi protected himself from being impeached so that would have left the people to live under his rule for three more years giving him three more years to implement his radical Islamist beliefs and in the process kill the hope of democracy. I knew about the Brotherhood before the elections.
And I was surprised that the people of Egypt wanted the Brotherhood to lead them.
They are Islamic extremists. Did the people not realize that ?

Critiques and suggestions from other country leaders (Obama) have no authority over how a country rules.
In the end it's the party in control that makes the rules.

No one/group under him did anything to stop what he was during during that year.
Maybe he has omnipotent power and authority. If that's the case then Egypt needs to change their laws to enable groups to overrule the illegal actions of their President.

That's how Honduras handled their coup.

The Army said it was a "terrorist attack" so that justifies them shooting the protesters..right ?
And the USG is still debating whether or not this was a military coup.

1 Army officer killed.

The pro-Morsi demonstrators were told not to protest near government buildings. There was a wire barrier set up between the military and the protesters. The protesters were told by the military to stand 15 feet behind the wire and the military would stand 15 feet back from the wire, putting 30+ feet between the two. The military was allowing them to protest but the protesters did not heed the warning and attempted to breach the wire. The military had warned them and they ignored the warning. At the same time pro-Morsi protesters threw several teenagers who were on a large cement post onto the roof top and beat and kicked them. Then they threw two of them off the roof top. I believe one teenager died. There is a video (in Arabic) of what transpired and you can hear the person from the military giving them the warning.

I understand that these "wounded" pro-Morsi protesters that are being shown on TV are shooting each other in the legs and arms and claiming that the military shot them.

I read an article where MB members want to form a new group so that they can attack openly. They will denounce themselves from the MB - putting distance between the new group and the MB so that the MB doesn't appear to be involved. Kill and die for the cause.

Doesn't look good in Egypt.

The army opened fire on praying protesters..killed 51 in less than 30 minutes and wounded over 400.
Casings from the bullets were verified to have come from the Army.

The army first reported that they were defending themselves against a terrorist attack.
Witnesses are calling it a massacre.

This didn't happen during prayer. It happened after prayer. The military ordered the MB NOT to protest near government buildings. The MB set up camp near one. There is a video (in Arabic) that shows a wire barrier that the military put up between the MB and the government building. The military told the MB to stand back 15 feet from the wire where they could protest and the military would stand back 15 feet from the wire, putting about 35 feet between them. The MB had been warned and told not to attempt to cross the barrier. The MB tried to breach the wire. The military is not killing MB protesters randomly. The are protecting government property. The only people around were MB members. I guess those would be the "eye witnesses".

At another location the MB threw 2 anti-Morsi teenagers (they look to be around 14/15) off of a roof - killing one I believe. They also pushed two kids off of a tower that was on the roof and kicked and beat them.

You should also know that the MB are shooting each other in the arms and legs and claiming it was the military.

Maybe you missed this in another post I posted.

All those outside of Egypt should stay completely out of Egypt's business. The more interference there is with this nation the worst it will get...Once strife sets in - arms dealers are more than happy to turn a blood profit on the innocent. I just hope that super power nations and private merchants of war stay away - The nation will settle on it's own- There is a will to recover in Egypt...Let them have their will. I see a peaceful resolution coming soon.
