Yes, it takes TWO willing adults to work things out, that's right. Once there is a will, it's not that hard. We got along just fine until 50% of the will evaporated. Where is hypocrisy?
It does take two. But - same goes for other couples. How can they stay together when only ONE is wiling to try? Many of them find themselves in the same boat you were in - so how can you point fingers?
It's not always the man that's willing to make the effort.

Agreed both men and women could be the problem.
I think it is interesting but it may also be a product of other things that happened currently besides the after effects of divorce. Sure I am not surprised it would be this way but I don't think some would be tied into it.
It's just a lack of commitment to each other, things get a little tough and they bail out, it's a character flaw.
This is a joke, right? This is your guess? I watched my ex-husband beat our 4 year old because he made him shower and would not let him use baby shampoo because he wanted the 4 year old to be a "man". I kicked his sorry butt to the curb. He was always a lazy a-hole but this was over the top. I don't think you have any idea what a-holes are out there thinking they are "men". I took that child and moved several states away. The child is now a very successful adult. I got a job and supported the child. The worst character flaw a person can have is not to protect their family members! It takes courage to leave a relationship and many don't have it and that is another character flaw, staying in a relationship that is devastating for the spouse and/or the children in the name of a "commitment". Committed to what? It is a contract like any other and when it is broken, it is null and void.
Females and their beta males always like to believe it's men's fault for everything. Females just don't like to take responsibility for anything.

Here's a solution for you: don't date, don't marry or have sex with women. All of your problems = solved. Now you won't ever have to deal with women tryng to suck child support and alimony from your bank accounts.
