No, you are not asking a question I cannot answer, you are asking a redundant question and don't like my answer. Basically you are arguing for the sake of arguing. If you don't see anything wrong with the program, why do you assume there is something wrong with the program?
So answer.. Who will pay for the mistakes of those people who go to college and then decide they wont go seek a job
Good grief, this does not fix the problem of soaring tuition, it just papers over it, allowing colleges and universities to raise, raise, and raise, and then raise some more.
I know some car dealers who would love this idea too. "All the cars here are essentially free, just pick the one you like; make sure it's a really nice one. And then we'll just deduct the money from your paycheck. You won't hardly even notice the deductions, really."
Earning a single paycheck, doesnt exactly cover $54K in student debts, does it?
Yet I have earned more than a single pay check, and I plan on earning many more as I increase my income level. So again, how many college graduates do you know that hasn't earned a single pay check in 25 years? This should be easy for you cause I would have to assume everyone you know that has been to college has been unemployed since they finished.

Actually it fixes the cost of tuition at the point of enrollment, once one starts college, they are locked in at that tuition rate until they are finished, which is the way it should be. I always hated the spring news that tuition was going up in the fall.

So government must now pay for college in order to lock in tuition rates? Locking in rates, has nothing to do with paying for it.. stop changing the subject and discuss the issue.
