I don't pay attention to the news in Florida, but I am sure it is making its rounds on their local and regional news sources. Google is typically your friend when it comes to finding those current articles.
So would you support gov't spending in those areas to give kids who have no summer job prospects something to do other than brawl in the mall?

I don't like this euphemism of urban. And this nonsense happened at my mostly white school in suburban SOuth Carolina as well. They just didn't have you tube.
It was mostly the white kids. I remember we had a regular sub who told us he loves coming to my school because there was always a fight to break up. In of the biggest ones was over the confederate flag.
Stupid teenage behavior comes in all packages.
