It wasn't a grilling, more like a fail to get to the point interrogation. I thought I knew where he was headed, then it ended. You'd think if GZ talked to her about the incident 20 times or more, the prosecution would want her to say what about. Curse words? Racial terms? Maybe GZ had a plan?
Nope, it just ended, and was a waste of time, except to once again prove witnesses are following the case. Apparently it's so pervasive, nobody cares anymore
Didn't you hear her ask if he needed more time to talk it over with his attorneys?
Doesn't matter, it wasn't the appropriate time, there were still witnesses to be called that could change his answer. It's quite obvious he would need more time.
I have missed a lot today, but I see they have a neighbor who was robbed on the stand. What exactly is that supposed to prove? What is the point? Some young black males robbed a girl, so that justifies making all unknown black males in your neighborhood feel threatened?
No point at all, just as every other witness.
The only thing to determine, who initiated the physical contact, cannot be determined; the state should have not charged Zimmerman until more evidence was obtained, and if Zimmerman really did start the physical contact, Zimmerman could have slipped up in the future by saying to someone.
lmao!!!!!!! You call getting it completely wrong paying close attention??? Oh my....... He said, 'Oh, that flashlight? I thought it was one of those big metal ones', hit the table with it and laughed about it being used as weapon.
Well we all know it would be a testy, and rather lengthly testimony.
No doubt they want to discuss this before making a decision. No one, and I mean no one, should be suddenly put on the spot like Nelson did to him.
I probably wouldn't have been as polite to her as Zim was.
