I am wondering at this point if George is regretting not testifying.
Using this cartoonish depiction, plus his presentation so far is a big fail imo. "We don't really know what happened" Well, you should know, it is your client telling you??? or is it??
Exactly!
No one would ever be able to stop me from testifying in my own defense if I were not afraid of cross examination. If you are telling the truth, no one can harm the integrity of your story.
GZ had to minimize the victims injury by exaggerating his own. If one chooses to believe his tale, his head must be made of made of kryptonite. According to his fable, he did not know the name of the street...until he did.
This is an issue I still don't have clear. The distance of the body from the T and whether gz actually was somewhere down the dogpath when the fight began.
George repeatedly has stated, and shown, the location it all started. His little keychain flashlight was near the Tee in the grass. Everything else, was much further down. George says he was dropped by a punch to the face, at the Tee.
This is what's made me suspicious all along. But the prosecution had not given it too much credence.
He shouldn't have followed him.... but did he have reason to believe that by trying to keep an eye on TM til the police arrived that it would turn into a physical confrontation?
He wasn't trying to "keep an eye" on anyone. He approached Martin and confronted him.

1. Got out of his vehicle to check for an address. At that point, he didn't know where Trayvon had gone.
2. He wasn't afraid of him until he bashed in his face.
Why, oh why, is something so simple so difficult for some to comprehend?
Seriously stuck on something!
Why oh why do some people fail to accept that GZ is a liar and his word is questionable?
Why didn't he just pull into a drive way and use his head lights to look for an address? Why did he need to run all over a neighborhood to find an address?
He admitted to following TM.
But hey this is america. you can believe who you like just as I can believe or not believe an obvious liar. Try this. Just because you believe GZ doesn't mean that we all do. You accept his word. I and many others do not.
